project - collaboration of Scottish and Croatian artist from different socio-political
and cultural environments. Two artist who didn't know each other met. In a
month they worked together to create an exhibition.
''Lights were filtered
red, the black TV box was padded with shaggy reddish fabric. The red armchair
was borrowed to improve the condition of perception, in addition it was
strengthened by the poignant aroma of Indian incense.''

'' In spite of
this the obvious de-erotization of the floral motive was surprising. Close
shots of flowers in full bloom, stamen, petals, pistils and soft tissues, the
images of real flowers combined with artificial and contrasted with dry roses discreetly
placed in the tall yellow vase behind the TV set, alluded to ephemeral like so
many XVII century still lives where abundance was a messenger of doom.''
